Weekly Favourites

Hello, everyone! Before we begin, I have a small announcement: from now on, there will be regular posts every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. I have decided to be a better blogger, because not only do I enjoy it, but you also deserve it. There, I said it! I feel very inspired and motivated, plus now that everything has settled in my personal life, I can organise my time better. OK, now that we cleared this up, let`s chat about the five things I loved this week.

1. Seventeen Blogger Network Meet Up

It was a Thursday, and it was the best blogging event I have attended so far. I enjoyed playing with makeup, meeting new people and learning tips from professionals like Rollo Goldstaub and Katie Snooks. I  wrote an entire post about it if you want to find out more.

2. #Girlboss by Sophia Amoruso

This book may not be a masterpiece, but it has a powerful message and after reading it, I have never felt more motivated. It`s a manifest for powerful women, for going after what you want and being your own person. It`s hard to say in a few sentences why this book is so empowering, so there will be a review about it tomorrow. Usually, I post my book reviews on Carmen`s Reading Corner, but this blog has more followers, so this time I will bend the rules.

3. Don`t Trust The B—- In Apartment 23

I don`t understand why this show was cancelled; it was hilarious! It`s about a small town girl, June, who moves to New York and has to survive living in the big city. After she loses her job, she moves in with Chloe, a socialite/con artist. They start to develop a beautiful friendship and balance each other lives. Chloe makes June more outgoing, while June serves as Chloe`s conscience. It`s an excellent show; you can find it on Netflix if you want a good laugh.

4. Instagram

After I had started a second blog, I focused my original Instagram on that and turned it into a Bookstagram, as professionals call it:)) So I have made a second account, @BeautyNerd20, where I post pictures of my daily life, beauty, fashion. I am still working on finding a theme that I like, but it would mean a lot if you would follow me.

P.S. I go on holiday in 2 weeks, so I will finally have some interesting photos:)

5. Gabby`s (Velvet Ghost) stationery for Primark

I love buying notebooks, even though I use less than half of them. But like shoes, I like having them in a corner and staring at them. So when I saw these goodies in Primark, I couldn`t leave them there, could I? I love the pastel colours and the gold details, plus they were ridiculously cheap. I have started writing my blogging goals in the small notebook, and it`s a great motivation exercise.

I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know in the comments what things you loved this week. Don`t forget to leave your links; I love checking your blogs. But no Spam and Follow for Follow, please, leave real comments.

Really enjoyed reading about your favourites, and good luck with your new blogging goal! I too love notebooks and pretty stationery in general. I don't know what it is about them, I have so many that I don't use, but I just enjoy staring at them, haha! Thanks for sharing hun, and hope you enjoy your holiday! <3Kayhttp://www.shoesandglitter.com/

I admire your dedication for posting 4 times a week and having a second blog. I run only one blog and post 3 times a week and I struggle to keep up. LOL!Shireen | Reflection of Sanity

Blogging 4 days a week is great. I do 3 days but sometimes I will do 4 but 3 times is reasonable for me. I've never seen Don`t Trust The B—- In Apartment 23 but it's on Netflix so I will check it out!Face to Curls | http://facetocurls.com
