A New World? (1999) by Drawn. Labels: Prophecy Productions. Genres: Psychedelic Metal, gothic Metal  . Album (Studio full-length). Psychedelic Metal, gothic Metal, black metal. Prophecy Productions.

To be clear, Drawn aren't a band that are rooted purely in black metal. In fact, you could say that these guys are more progressive than anything else with some black metal elements sprinkled throughout the hour long runtime of A New World". The album's opener Rivawella Form reveals that right off the bat. Instead of being thrown into an assault of blast beats and icy riffs, you're eased in with some clean guitar riffs in an almost soothing and relaxing way. Almost as if you're floating on a cloud.

Brave New World is the third album by American rock band Steve Miller Band, released in 1969. It is the band's first album following the departure of founding members Boz Scaggs and Jim Peterman, with Ben Sidran replacing Peterman on keyboards.

Iron Maiden - Brave New World (2000).

Brave New World (Iron Maiden album). Brave New World is the twelfth studio album by English heavy metal band Iron Maiden, released on 29 May 2000. It was their first studio release since the return of longtime lead singer Bruce Dickinson (who left in 1993) and guitarist Adrian Smith (who left in 1990) in 1999, as well as the band's first studio recording as a six-piece, as Janick Gers, who replaced Smith in 1990, remained with the band.

Brave New World marked the long-anticipated reunion album featuring the return of Maiden powerhouses Bruce Dickinson and Adrian Smith. Yet upon further introspection, Brave New World seems to be an amalgamation of many different elements drawn from each of the albums since the late 80s - the occult themes of Seventh So. the social awareness and politics of No Prayer for the Dying and Fear of the Dark, the personal introspection of The X Factor and the emotional depth of Virtual XI.

One of the best prog metal album ever! For lovers of black metal, hardcore, doom and dark wave also;In some parts it's possible to feel a proto-primordial style of the "The Gathering Wilderness" period. On the album there are also references to the Gothic neoclassicism of Dark Sanctuary, Theater of Tragedy etc. Listening isconstantly pervaded by "Katatonia" feelings, without plagiarism. Here and there, esoteric / tribal memories of "Dead can Dance" with electro kraut-ambient here to the end of cd (AWESOME!!!)Fantastic album, complete, innovative and precursor, a work that doesn't get old in time, always fresh and pleasant.Without doubts, that's a pity that is so little considered, one day it would be wonderful to see this album printed on double vinyl.
