Wolfgang Müller (born 24 October 1957) is an artist, musician and writer, based in Berlin and Reykjavík,. Müller is the founder of the multi-media performance art group Die Tödliche Doris ('The Deadly Doris'). Müller published the book Geniale Dilletanten in 1982, naming a musical genre encompassing Die Tödliche Doris, Einstürzende Neubauten, Malaria!, Frieder Butzmann and many others.

Die Tödliche Doris (Deadly Doris; a pun on tödliche Dosis, meaning lethal dose) was a performance art and music group based in West Berlin from 1980 to 1987 Founded by band members Wolfgang Müller (1957– ) and Nikolaus Utermöhlen (1958–1996) and later joined by Käthe Kruse (1958–), Chris Dreier, Dagmar Dimitroff, and Tabea Blumenschein, the group was known for their anarchic. performances and constantly changing sound, willfully attempting to move away from notions of organised music into something akin to what the Deconstructionist philosophical movement had done with writing and text.

During the years 1980-87, German trio Die Tödliche Doris was absolutely legendary in the Berlin underground music and art scene. Embodying the pure, obscure spirit of "neue deutsche welle," their releases and live shows revealed a raw post-punk sensibility with performance art. Die Todliche Doris are still widely considered one of the most radical, intelligent and influential German avantgarde bands of the last two decades

Doris is the debut studio album by American rapper Earl Sweatshirt. It was released on August 20, 2013, by Columbia Records, Odd Future Records, and Tan Cressida Records. Doris follows his first mixtape Earl, which was released in 2010 when he was sixteen. After returning from a forced stay in a Samoan boarding school, he began working on his debut album and signed a deal with Columbia, rather than Odd Future's Odd Future Records.
