Broadraven
I'm pretty obsessed by Mississippi Records (and its various off-shoots), particularly their Ethiopian / African (re)releases but I reckon this one might just be my favourite. A really striking, rich sounding record, a nice blend of Ethiopia and North Africa / The Middle East. Hypnotic and funky, it really does reward repeated listens, I recommend LP this heartily!
