The creators of the Tangerine Tree project received permission from Tangerine Dream to release the collection on a strict non-profit basis. Several of the Tangerine Tree volumes have been used as the basis for official Tangerine Dream releases. The project collected just under 300 hours of material (291:39:26).

The Tangerine Tree was a worldwide fan project which had been launched in December 2001 by some members of the Tangerine Dream Mailing List. The purpose of this project was to release unofficial Tangerine Dream recordings in the best possible sound quality by using only master tapes or low generation sources of each concert recording. The source material (audience, soundboard or broadcast recordings) came from the most authoritive TD collectors worldwide.

Those who enjoy Tangerine Dream's 1970's studio albums would be well advised to investigate this collection, with the strong proviso that you are willing to compromise significantly in terms of audio quality. The concerts come from the Tangerine Tree project (Series 1 & 2): shows recorded from audience tapes and remasterised by fans for fans. The project was initiated some years ago to spread TD's live concerts and harmonize the band's different bootlegs. For this box set, music was re-remasterized from the Tree's discs by Jerome Froese to offer the best possible sound quality.

Tangerine Dream (Miss Li album). Tangerine Dream (Cannabis). Tangerine Dream is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain of cannabis. It is a cross of G-13 with Neville’s A5 Haze with the resulting plant crossed again with G-13. The strain produces the cerebral energy of sativa paired with a balanced amount of indica relaxation. Tangerine Dream is most effective in relieving stress, but it is often used for anxiety, nausea, and depression. It is one of the more popular cannabis strains used in vaporizers. Tangerine Dream offers tangy, intense sweet infusion of citrus and orange aromas and flavors. 100 tubes pour danser released: 2011. Svensk punk 25 år released: 2003.
