KIKO Perfecting Serum Review

Remember that time when I told you I have scheduled 10 posts, but then life got in the way and, in the end, I did not post them? Due to health reasons I had to take a break from blogging and then I spent a lot of time working on my book blog, Carmen`s Reading Corner. But those were good posts, that I worked on, so I decided to use them.

In December, I had a little shopping spree with Pam from Pam Scalfi and we also popped into a KIKO. I was just about to pay, when I saw this primer and the packaging was so cute, I had to buy it. That`s one thing I love about KIKO, their products always look like high-end ones, even though they have reasonable prices. The rose gold bottle looks very elegant, reminding me of something you would buy from Charlotte Tilbury or other expensive brands. I later found out that this was part of their Rebel Romantic collection, so I`m not sure if it`s still available or not.

I`m not really sure if you get any long-term results by using it, but it makes a huge difference when you apply it. The primer has a silky smooth texture and it just glides on your skin when you apply it. My skin feels really smooth afterwards and I noticed that my foundation sits better when I use this. It has a bit of shimmer in it to illuminate your skin, but it won`t make you shine like a disco ball. Seriously, don`t be worried, it will just add a healthy glow.

I`ve been using this primer ever since I bought it in December and it`s amazing so far! It doesn`t matter if I use a light or a high coverage foundation, this just makes it look better. Sometimes I even like using it on its own, to avoid dull looking skin. Let me know in the comments if you tried this or if it`s something that you`d like to use in the future.

    1. Then it was limited edition:(( Which is annoying cause I won`t be able to repurchase it and I love it.

    1. You should try some products, I think it`s an under-rated brand, but everything I tried was amazing.
