Zara Homeware Wishlist

This year I had to move house and it was one of the most stressful experiences in my life. Not only did we encounter problems based on our nationality, but the places that were in a good condition were ridiculously expensive. For the time being, we live in a small flat, with a kitchen the size of a bathtub, but it`s a short-term contract, so I hope that in a couple of months we`ll find something else. Until then I keep busy thinking about how I'll decorate the new place, or better said, I procrastinate watching photos on Pinterest like there`s no tomorrow. At the moment, I am addicted to Zara`s home section and I thought I`ll show you my favourite pieces.

1. Arabesque Lantern
I have a thing for Moroccan decorations at the moment and I think this will add so much personality to a room. Just think about the nights when you chill under your blanket and you light a candle in this beauty!

2. Dream Box
I`m a bit confused whether this is a set or you pay for the boxes individually. But the print is gorgeous and they will be very handy to store accessories or creams.

3. Golden Terracotta Vase
This is the Bonnie to my Clyde Lantern. I think this will look stunning with a few flowers in it...And as a clumsy person, I love the fact that this looks pretty solid.

4. Swan Toast Rack
This is such a useless thing, but it will look so pretty when you have a house party. Obviously not something for everyday use, but it`s a little something that will make any celebratory dinner special.

5. Gold-Toned Polka Dot Breakfast Set
Another pretty set and it has those gold petals, that will look good with everything else I picked.

6. Raven Print Linen Cushion
I love reading Poe in the Autumn, the mood that his poems create goes perfectly with the weather outside. Confused? Well, ravens always make me think of Poe, hence the intro.

So this is my little wishlist from Zara, hopefully, now I`ll find a cute house to decorate as I want. Sorry if I was not that chatty in this post, I have a cold and a bit of fever, but I`m doing my best to post daily in October. Must say, daily blogging is difficult with a full-time job, but I`m hoping it will work out.

  8. I know the pain of moving home, we migrated from Malaysia to Canada last year and the stress was crazy! It's not something that I ever want to do again. LOL!

    1. Yeah, moving is difficult as it is, but when you have to move to a different country it`s 10 times worse.

  9. I'm sorry you're not feeling well and that you're having difficulties moving, moving is stressful enough alone! I hope you feel better and that everything works out soon. <3
