February and March Empties

Hello, everyone, I hope you`re all ok and hating Monday as much as I do. You might remember, this year one of my goals is to remember to collect all of my empty beauty products and show you how much of a hoarder/ shopaholic I am. To be honest, these posts are more like micro mini reviews, because there`s a reason why you decided to use a product for good. You either loved it or spent a ridiculous amount, that you have to justify somehow. Because all of February I was home in Romania, I decided to condense everything into one giant haul of empty things:)) Shall we begin?

  • Benefit They`re Real! Mascara
Whenever I go home, I put only samples into my makeup bag, otherwise, I would go with everything. I won`t lie, it`s hard to survive with samples, but considering the taxes you have to pay for your luggage, I take my chances. I am a big fan of this Mascara, I think it`s the best out there. It gives you definition, length, volume and separation. I don`t even care that I wake up with panda eyes in the morning, it`s worth it.  This is quite a pricey little fellow, but it`s my only high-end makeup guilty pleasure. I normally buy the big one, but a magazine had it as a sample a few months ago, so I ended up with 6 samples for 15 pounds. I still consider it a bargain!
  • Benefit Posietint
Another Benefit sample. This rosy tint can be used on your lips or cheeks, but I find it too drying for my lips. Loved it as a blusher, though. It gave me that natural, winter flush, that is quite flattering on us, pale girls. I don`t think I`ll buy a full-size product, though. There are so many cheap alternatives and I prefer powder blushers, so sorry Benefit.
  • Lush So White Shower gel
I love Lush, I don`t think I tried something and didn`t fell in love with it afterwards. I like all their products, but the Christmas collection is the best. This is quite an unusual scent for winter because it smells exactly like fresh apples, so why not make it permanent? I also the fact that it has tiny silver particles makes it more festive. I will buy it again next year, one of my favourite shower gels.
  • Lush Mint Julips Lip Scrub
I wrote a review about this product last February, can you believe it lasted for a year? This lip scrub saved my lips from looking cracked and dry while also tasting like a delicious After Eight chocolate. I still have to try the Popcorn flavoured one and after that, I can choose my favourite. Though knowing my Lush obsession, I will probably end up buying all of them again.
  • Narciso Rodriguez for Her Perfume
I got this from my husband a few years ago, he`s the one that`s in charge of my perfume collection. Let`s appreciate him and the fact that it takes me so long to finish perfumes. I don`t know about you, but I use my expensive perfumes only on special occasions and on a daily basis I use really cheap ones. Am I the only one? OK, moving on. This perfume has a floral-fruity scent and it`s perfect for Spring/Summer days. It lasts for ages and the scent is also not overwhelming. One thing I did not like was the bottle, for the price of it I definitely expected something more elegant and not that bland.
  • The Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish Gel
I don`t really suffer from spots, but when they decide to visit me, it`s like Kim K. in Hell`s Kitchen. I don`t even have a problem with how red and big they are, the real problem is that itchy feeling I get. So whenever I feel something bad is about to happen, I put this and it calms my skin instantly. It does not make it go away, but at least, it makes it smaller. To be honest, I like this product, but I didn`t find it spectacular. At the moment I am trying one from a different brand, I`ll let you know if I like it more than this one.
  • NIP+FAB Viper Venom Eye Fix
This sounds so fancy! Apparently this is an anti-ageing eye gel, but for me, it was the morning hero. It has a cooling roller ball, which made the application a dream. I don`t know if it's supposed to get rid of the dark circles, but for puffy eyes, this is the answer. It`s like coffee for your eyes, I don`t know how else to put it. I got this in a beauty box, but I`ll definitely buy it.
  • Garnier Anti-Blackhead Deep Pore Wash
I think Garnier does some amazing products, for a cheap, drugstore brand. I like their creams, their lotions and the holy grail also known as their Micellar Water. The Pure Active range is great, especially for young girls that suffer from breakouts. Out of all, this is my favourite. It cleanses, exfoliates and it`s still gentle on the skin. I think I will buy this again soon, I have some other cleansers I want to test, but this is definitely a winner.
  • Figs&Rouge Hand Cream
Handy little guy. Besides looking so cute, it`s also really effective. It has Shea butter in it, so it leaves your hands feeling nourished and hydrated. The scent is just divine, it smells like roses and in a weird way, it makes me think of Downton Abbey. I don`t know, it just looks very English and posh and suited for the dowager.

So this is what I managed to finish these months and I still have my house full of beauty items. Have you tried any of these? What was your most used product in March?Let me know in the comments below.
